The Coop Tender® Certified Humane Automatic Chicken Coop Door is suitable for all chicken breeds and provides an opening which is 21 inches wide by 18 inches high. The opening size meets the requirements defined in "Humane Farm Animal Care - Animal Care Standards - 2014 Standards: Egg Laying Hens" which states: "It is recommended that exits are at least 18" (46 cm) high and 21" (53 cm) wide."
