Transit days may increase during peak holiday seasons.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if actual shipping charges become unreasonable to ship your order.   You will be notified if this should occur.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or extra charges that may occur from changing an address after your order has shipped. If you provided an incorrect address at checkout or request an address change after your order has shipped, you will be responsible for any additional charges which may be incurred to reroute your order.

Coop Tender® products backed by a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty.  Any defect in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced. 

Replacement and Warranty

Products are manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Coop Tender®. This Limited Warranty offered by Coop Tender® covers defects in material or workmanship. Only consumers purchasing products from authorized retailers or resellers or through the Coop Tender® website may obtain coverage under our limited warranties. 

Coop Tender® warrants products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

Coop Tender®. will replace at no charge for parts only or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.  

Warranty period is 1 year from the documented date of purchase. 

Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
2. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
3. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Coop Tender®. 

Limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations. 

Coop Tender® will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the controlling warranty statement included with your product and you follow proper return procedure. To request warranty service, you will need to provide:

1. The sales receipt or other evidence of the date and place of purchase.
2. A description of the problem.
3. An RMA# (return merchandise authorization)
4. Delivery of the product or the defective part, postage prepaid and carefully packed and insured

When warranty service is completed, any repaired or replacement product or part will be returned to you postage prepaid. 

To obtain an RMA# prior to filing a warranty repair claim, please contact us via e-mail with a description of the problem.  We may be able to assist with a solution without the need for repair and shipping costs. 

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. Coop Tender® NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT. 

Coop Tender® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY). 

The laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, govern our warranties. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Our warranties do not affect any additional rights consumers have under laws in their jurisdictions governing the sale of consumer goods. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in our warranty statements may not apply.  You may be required by law to give us a reasonable opportunity to correct or cure any failure to comply before you can bring any action in court against us under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
